Cavalaire has one of the few genuinely modern apartment stocks on the Var coast: 1990-2010 residences with lift, parking and deep terraces, walking distance from the marina and the main beach. The market is more liquid than in Saint-Tropez, with a mix of year-round residents and second-home buyers.
