Cavalière has the longest sandy beach in Le Lavandou and a fairly homogeneous apartment stock: 1970s-1980s seaside residences with parking and gardens, a few hundred metres from the sand. Value depends on real walking distance to the beach, the quality of the co-ownership and usable outdoor space.
