Le Lavandou town centre and marina hold most of the commune's apartments: 1960s-1980s seafront blocks, more recent residences set back, and a few village buildings above the boulevard. It is the only genuinely year-round area of Le Lavandou, with shops, schools and a market, which supports the value of one- and two-bedroom flats even without a sea view. Value here rests on floor level and lift, the real openness of the view, and the level of service charges.
